This Sunday, August 20

One of the most famous stories in the Bible is David versus Goliath. This Sunday, Pastor Tom Choi will give a fresh new look at this timeless message on how to confront the giants in your life that challenge you.

He will preach the full sermon at the 10 am service. Special music by our choir.

Youth group continues with a planned field trip (next door).

Pastor Tom will preach a shortened version at the 8 am Pancakes and Praise service, which is mostly comprised of hungry and homeless people and those in recovery. Our young peoples’ praise band starts us off.

The Tongan language services are at 6, noon, and 3 pm.

New Singles Ministry
After attending a few conferences on the main-land, I came back home and observed my surroundings. Shortly thereafter, I had a conversation with someone about our experiences growing up in the church and how times have changed. Our conversation got deeper and it became clear that we needed something to be-long to, to be a part of that was out of the ordinary and that catered to the needs of the millennials. We prayed about it, then we began putting the vision into writing and now we have ar-rived in the beginning stages.   Read more here.
